“Seaside” style house 90m²
Pour cette rénovation complète, l'architecte a choisi de renforcer le caractère « bord de mer » de cette demeure en accentuant la teinte bleue des volets et de certains éléments de modénature de la façade. Cette touche de bleu, évoquant la brise marine, s'harmonise parfaitement avec l'atmosphère tranquille de l'impasse.
Offrant un cadre de vie confortable et agréable, une terrasse en bois prolonge la maison sur le jardin, où l'intérieur et l'extérieur de la maison se fondent. Cet aménagement paysager soigneusement pensé redonne vie à cette maison, la transformant en un havre de paix, à la fois moderne et chaleureux, où chaque détail contribue à une meilleure qualité de vie.
À l'intérieur, le besoin de créer une sensation d'espace plus grand a été le fil conducteur de notre projet. La cuisine, désormais ouverte en U, s'étend sur la façade jardin, offrant une vue apaisante et dégagée. L'entrée, conçue autour d’un meuble placard ingénieusement dessiné, s’ouvre sur une grande bibliothèque en bouleau qui enveloppe la cheminée, conférant à l’ensemble un sentiment de chaleur et d'harmonie.
For this complete renovation, the architect chose to reinforce the “seaside” character of this home by accentuating the blue tone of the shutters and certain facade moulding elements. This touch of blue, evoking the sea breeze, harmonises perfectly with the tranquil atmosphere of the cul-de-sac.
Offering a comfortable and pleasant living environment, a wooden terrace extends the house into the garden, where the interior and exterior merge. This carefully considered landscaping breathes new life into this house, transforming it into a haven of peace — both modern and warm — where every detail contributes to a better quality of life.
Inside, the need to create a sense of greater space was the guiding principle of our project. The kitchen, now open in a U-shape, extends along the garden facade, offering a calming and unobstructed view. The entrance, designed around an ingeniously drawn fitted wardrobe unit, opens onto a large birch bookcase that wraps around the fireplace, lending the whole a feeling of warmth and harmony.
